Shrimp and Vegetable Stirfry

This meal is fairly easy and inexpensive. Again, taste was NOT spared.

Ingredients:
1-Onion(sliced), cost $0.25
1-Bag frozen mixed vegies(defrosted), cost $1.80
1-2lb Shrimp(fresh or frozen but defrosted), cost $5-10
Cooking oil

Total Cost: $7-12

Process:
Heat oil in frying/sauce pan. Add onion, saute for 3min, add shrimp. If shrimp is raw, cook until shrimp's color is orange, 3-5 min. Lastly, add the vegies, 3-5min. Add soy sauce, pepper or salt if wanted.

Additional: served with hot rice, the stirfry is excellent.

Serves: 4-6 Adults
